Kathy Griffith, left, chief of staff, Chancellor's Office, was surprised this week to learn she received the Outstanding Staff of the Year Award. Mary Lou Kartis, right, general professional, School of Public Affairs, presented the certificate and a bouquet of flowers. Griffith and other award winners will be honored at 3:30 p.m. May 6 in the annual Campus Awards Ceremony in the Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theater in University Hall.
